This Delivery Policy explains how services are delivered by WebWorx, including website development, e-commerce stores, dropshipping setups, and digital marketing services.

Service Type

WebWorx provides 100% digital services only. No physical shipping or delivery of products is involved. All project deliverables are shared online through secure digital platforms.

Delivery of Services

Once the project is confirmed and requirements are collected, delivery is provided as follows:

  • Website Development: Delivered via live website link or staging server
  • E-commerce Store Setup: Delivered through platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce
  • Ads Setup (Meta/Google): Delivered through configured and active ad accounts
  • Reports & Assets: Shared via email, Google Drive, or client dashboard

Dropshipping Store Delivery

For dropshipping website setup services:

  • Standard Delivery Time: Same Day Delivery (within 24 hours) in most cases
  • Maximum Delivery Time: 1–2 business days, depending on project complexity and client requirements

This includes:

  • Fully built dropshipping store
  • Product setup and import
  • Basic store design and structure
  • Payment and essential integrations setup

Delays may occur only if client details, branding, or required access are not provided on time.

General Delivery Timeline

  • Basic Website Setup: 2–3 business days
  • E-commerce Store Setup: 3–5 business days
  • Dropshipping Store Setup: Same day to 2 business days
  • Ads Setup: 2–3 business days
  • Custom Projects: Timeline discussed before starting

Client Responsibility

Clients must provide timely access to:

  • Business details
  • Product information (if needed)
  • Branding assets (logo, images, content)
  • Platform access (Shopify, hosting, ad accounts, etc.)

Any delay in providing required materials may affect delivery time.

Revisions & Changes

Minor revisions are included within the agreed scope. Any additional features, redesigns, or new requirements may extend the delivery timeline and may incur additional charges.

Project Handover

After full completion and final payment:

  • Full ownership is transferred to the client
  • Login credentials and access are handed over
  • WebWorx will no longer manage the project unless a maintenance plan is active

Support After Delivery

Basic post-delivery assistance may be provided for a limited period depending on the service package. Long-term maintenance and updates are available separately.
