As these are customized digital services, refunds are subject to the conditions mentioned below.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are generally non-refundable once work has started:

  • SEO services already performed
  • Advertising campaign setup or management fees
  • Third-party software, apps, themes, or plugin purchases

3. Refund Eligibility

  • Project cancellation before work has started

Any approved refund will be processed at our sole discretion after reviewing the project status and completed work.

4. Partial Refunds

For projects that have already started, partial refunds may be issued based on:

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate project requirements
  • Sharing necessary access credentials on time
  • Reviewing and approving deliverables promptly
  • Maintaining communication during the project

Refunds will not be provided for delays or issues caused by lack of client cooperation.

6. Advertising & Marketing Services

WebWorx Agency does not guarantee:

  • Specific sales numbers
  • Search engine rankings
  • Return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • Lead generation results

Marketing and advertising performance may vary based on market conditions, competition, audience behavior, and platform algorithms.

Therefore, advertising and SEO service fees are non-refundable once services have been delivered.

7. Chargebacks

Clients agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us to resolve the issue.

Any fraudulent chargeback attempts may result in:

  • Immediate service suspension
  • Legal action if necessary
  • Permanent account termination

8. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method where possible

Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
